Breaking barriers: Spearheading Distillery Supplier Expansion Across States

Navigating the expansion of a vendor base within the distillery industry is no easy feat. Independent vendors often grapple with financial limitations, hindering their ability to invest in crucial areas such as marketing, distribution, and technological advancements. This restricted access to widespread distribution channels directly impacts their reach and visibility in the market.

For expansion, while covering a widespread network across states, we assisted in developing small vendors in order to provide substantial supplies to distilleries. By providing consistent support and guidance, we witnessed remarkable transformations within these vendors’ businesses. Many experienced a substantial surge in their business volume, achieving growth rates of 4x to 5x.

One such success story is that of a localized broken rice supplier catering to distilleries like Westwell Biorefineries, Shri Gang Industries & Allied Products Ltd., and Bihar Distilleries & Bottlers Ltd. Previously, the supplier was confined to supplying in just one state, but now it operates across five states that too on a 3x large scale, a testament to the immense potential we unlock for our partners. Through our extensive buyer network, we facilitated new business relationships, expanding our suppliers’ customer base and creating opportunities for lucrative contracts.

Our impact transcends geographical boundaries, with our deals stretching across diverse regions such as Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, and Maharashtra. Additionally, we took a proactive approach in addressing the working capital challenges faced by supplier mills, contributing significantly to the resilience and growth of the agricultural supply chain.

In essence, we emerge as a catalyst for synergy and prosperity, bridging gaps and propelling both buyers and suppliers towards success in the dynamic landscape of modern procurement.
